What you get
A job you can plan around
You work for Pezta, not for an app. That means a contract, a manager you can call, and pay you can check.
A contract
You're employed by Pezta Ltd, registered for NSSF and SHA like any employee.
Bike and gear
A Pezta electric bike, a helmet, a reflector jacket and an insulated bag. You don't buy or fuel anything.
Pay you can check
Your pay is in your contract, and the rider app shows every delivery and what you earned for it.
One order at a time
No stacking orders on the bike. Collect, deliver, then take the next one.
A shift on Pezta
What the work looks like
The rider app tells you the next thing to do, one step at a time.
Start your shift
Collect your charged bike at the Pezta base and tap Start shift in the rider app.
Take an order
An order comes up with the shop and the area. Take it, or pass it to the next rider.
Collect from the shop
The app shows the shop and what to pick up. Check the order, then you're on your way.
Hand it over
Follow the landmark directions, call if you need to, and take a photo at the gate.
What you need
Bring these to your interview.
- 18 years or older
- A valid driving licence for motorcycles (class A)
- Your national ID
- A certificate of good conduct (we'll tell you how to get one if you don't have it)
- You live in or near Nyeri and know its estates
- An Android phone for the rider app

Good to know
No. You ride a Pezta electric bike, charged at our base. You don't pay for fuel or repairs.
A valid driving licence for motorcycles, class A. If you're getting one, apply anyway and tell us in the form.
Your pay is set out in your contract and paid by M-Pesa. The rider app shows every delivery you make.
We plan shifts with each rider. Tell us which shifts suit you in the form.
